She was extremely responsive in detail with any questions I had during the process of selling my old house, and buying my new one. This was my first time selling a house, and she gave me tips and advice to make sure I could get the most out of my sale. My house went in to contract 24 hours after it was put up on the market. Dara also was very attentive to the type of house I was looking to purchase. I would get new listings that fit my search criteria, which was really exciting. When I found the house that was the perfect fit, we ended up being able to negotiate for a lower than asking price. Overall it was a perfect experience. Our first house was a simple purchase but she really helped us as we were new to the whole thing. Our second purchase was a bit harder. We we selling our first home, and moving into a new build, but wanted to time the sell so we could move directly into a new build whose timeline was not set in stone. Her advice on getting our house ready to show was amazing and I think really helped. Most of all, she watched the market for us expertly, which was starting to cool down(December 2023). As a result we were able to seamlessly sell our first house with 30 days of possession, close on the new build 20 days later and move right in. It was nerve wracking trying to time the two schedules together but Dara and her team made it seem doable, and they certainly came through. On a personal note, she still keeps touch with us through the years to make sure we still love our house, and we always get invited to her client appreciation event. Great team, great experience, pleasure to work with all around.
